What Detergent do You Use for Your 3D Glasses?

    I'm using SainSonic 3D glasses now. The seller told me that I should disinfect the 3D glasses regularly. I have read some articles about this online and I'm aware that it's important to do that in order to prevent cross-infection. I wonder how you guys clean and disinfect your 3D glasses and what detergent do you use?
