My Daughter wears glasses and has not seen a 3d film.
I can't find a producer of prescription passive 3D glasses so I was wondering about 2 ideas.

    1. Could i cut down a set of clip on 3d glasses and they work?
    And
    2. Could I get a set of 3d passive lenses and somehow stick them to a set of her prescriptions?
    Or
    3. An idea of one of you goo people? I know you get them to fit over but they are uncomfortable.

    Thanks
    Marty

I'm not aware of prescription 3d glasses, however it should be fine to just wear them over everyday glasses (I sometimes do this myself, or just use contact lenses). You should be able to pick up some oversize passive 3d glasses which will clip over or sit in front - our local cinema offers this for 3d films.

    Hi Marty!
No need to do any cutting... you can go to ex3d.com and purchase a very comfortable pair of wear overs or clip ons.. which ever your daughter would prefer. The wear overs are actually pretty cool looking and she may really like.

Just a thought. Let me know how it goes!

Your daughter can now get prescription 3D glasses from amazon.co.uk, although she will have to take an insert to her local opticians for glazing. In a few weeks time, she will be able to get prescription 3D glasses made to her prescription from www.optics3d.co.uk. Currently, the site contains links to the glasses on amazon. These are the same glasses, but amazon do not have the system for collecting prescription data.

    I hope this helps,

    Colin
