    Hello forum

I have been sent some MPO 3D photos from a friend, but I only have a normal 2D monitor. Is there a way I can view them on this PC? I understand it will only be one channel, but it's better than not seeing it at all.

    Thanks,
    JT

    view MPO file

Latest version of STOIK Imagic 5.0.4 (http://www.stoik.com/imagic) can split MPO files such as made by FujiFilm FinePix Real 3D W1 into standard JPEGs, generate stereo pairs (JPS, PNS), and anaglyphs. STOIK Imagic is free, but some advanced features will require purchase of activation key after initial 30 days. Splitting of MPO into JPEGs is available in free version.

BTW if you want to see your MPO files in 3D go here: start3d.com - upload your file and enjoy

    Thanks to you both!

Start3d.com looks interesting, but the Stereo Photo Maker is exactly what I am after :D. It even works on Windows 7.

So load in your picture, swap Left and Right panes, and view Cross-eyed, works for me. Didn't notice this thread was 5 years old, hope you've seen many .mpo pictures in the last 5 years.

3DCombine is my goto software. It supports video as well. "Stereoscopic 3D. Photo and video, editing, viewing and conversion". Check out 3DCombine.

I use it to convert 2D images into 3D, combine 2 separate images into 3d taken a 2D camera, as well as adjusting my existing 3D images taken with my 3D camera. Very useful, for editing large format 3D files.
