Lens goes black

    I've found that sometimes one of my lenses on my Active glasses will go black. If I shake it or bump it a few times it will kick in and display the picture. They've done this on my old TV (un55d8000) and even on my newer one (un65ju7100).

    What causes this to happen? Is there a fix?
