Is tv to high

    I am new here I have a mitsubishi 82838 diamond tv with the emitter and glasses and a samsung 3d blu ray player and I also bought the 3d hdmi cables but I dont get a good 3d effect the picture is good and clear I have the tv on a stand when I sit in the chair I am wandering if I could be setting to low to see the 3d action. I hope somebody can help me get this corrected any help would be greatly appreciated
