I'm new to 3D and am getting a 3D TV I have lots of questions?

    Is there anyway to play Full 3D HD quality from a computer to my TV or is the only way to do this through Blu-Ray?
    With SBS what is is the difference between FULL and HALF and with half how can you cut resolution without also cutting the image in half? Thanks if I made any mistakes anything I said doesn't make sense please explain because I'm new. Thanks
