    Hello,

    Here is the question:
If I play a FULL SBS 3D movie off my computer connected to my active 3D TV via HDMI cable, will I get the resolution of 1920*1080p per eye? or "just" 960*1080p per eye as it is for an HALF SBS 3D ?

I am asking because on google I can only find about FULL SBS displayed at 1920*1080p per eye on computers with 3D monitors with a resolution of, at least, 2160 horizontal pixels. But what about a fullHD TV that only has 1080 horizontal pixel?
I personally think that the resolution I would get will be the same as HALF SBS as the TV will "compress" the extra horizontal pixels. Thus, the only option to see a 1920*1080p per eye 3D movie is to play on my laptop, which is connected to the TV via an HDMI cable, a 3D Stereoscopic movie.

    Am I wrong?

    Thank you in advance.
