EPSON EB=W16SK PROBLEMS PROJECTING 3D slave machine shuts down

    I HAVE AN EPSON 2d set up passive, when showing normal 2d both machines work well together, however as soon as the 3d signal hits the slave machine comes up with on screen message hdmi SIGNAL NOT RECONISED can anyone help , is it my 3d supply machine or do I need to change player. Help

    sorry forgot to say it an Epson eb-w16sk twin projectors stacked for 3d showing
