Cross eye Ship

    This picture can be either cross eye or parallel viewed as it is not a real stereo pair. One picture was taken from a distance of about 1 meter and the other was taken at a distance of 1.5 meters with the camera zoom adjusted to make the two pictures the same size.

    There is real parallax but is radial, not the usual stuff. The amazing thing is that it looks like real 3D! There is no theory that explains how it looks 3D. new-21.jpg

    The Ranger moon probes sent back a series of pictures that can be made into 3D pictures with this weird type of parallax. Kind of neat to see the moon in 3D.

    There is certain an convergention difference between th left an right picture
