3d playing issues. Searched all over for solution :(

    Hi guys

    I am at a loose end with my 3d tv. I brought a lg 47ld950. 3d works fine with sky. I then downloaded Alice in wonderland avatar. Lion king etc all mkv files. I play them in vlc player or an mkv player and they play side by side. Turn 3d on and suddenly they overlap but not on top of each other. About 25cm apart from each other... Any ideas? By the way I'm connecting my laptop to tv via hdmi. Do you have any suggestions? I also have a ps3 and a standard blu ray player.

    I would really appreciate some help. Thanks in advance!
