    Hi all.

As a newcomer to this site, i hope i am posting this message in the right place.

To be as brief as possible: Purchased first ever 3D tv yesterday - LG PH660V 50 inch 3D Smart Full HD Freeview HD Plasma TV.
Also bought an LG Blu Ray Player. We have a High Speed HDMI cable and glasses (passive LG ones + Active Shutter but these are not LG.)

    Two issues.

    1) Unable to program channels connected to our Sky setup. Having to click on the HDMI1 to receive our Sky tv (or any tv for that matter), and use our Sky remote for the tv guide, planner etc. We don't have our Sky set up through a landline as of yet though we are considering it next year for all of our phone,tv and internet....wondering if this could be a factor?

    2) Before putting on our 3D glasses for the 3D movies, the screen looks as it should, distorted. Bit it looks no better when any of the glasses are worn, and thus our 3D movies are not providing the experience expected.

Any and all assistance very welcome. Thank you in advance.

    Tony
