Not sure what you mean by pop-put effects, but I recently watched DreamWorks 3D animated movie How to Train Your Dragon 2 in the theaters and the 3D effects were so realistic - it was like it wasn't animation but all the events unfolding in front of us were real. Especially the war scenes with the Alpha and Toothless fighting it out.. And the sound tracks were beautifully done too, especially the one called 'Where No One Goes'.. Is that what you mean by pop-out effects?

Hands down the finest 3d is A turtles Tale: Sammys Adventure 3d. It's what every animated 3d film should aspire to.

There were a lot of pop-out effect in the older movies, like House of Wax, Spacehunter (mainly the intro), Jaws 3D, etc. Lately, the BEST 3D pop-out is a 3D horror movie called Sadako 3D.
