I hope it is ok for me to tell you about s shareware application I made called Stereomerger.
It works on both PC and Mac, and it is a viewer, editor and batch processor for 3D-photo.
It reads JPG, JPS, MPO and can save JPG, JPS and "Wobbly GIF".
Also it supports Zalman Trimon 3D-monitors, Super 3D Station, anaglyphs, side-by-side, over/under and many more viewing methods.
Stereomerger can also automatically merge together images and fix the alignments to give a better stereowindow.
